How to Make an Appointment: Appointments must be made in-person and a $100 cash deposit is required. Your deposit will go towards your final appointment or tattoo total. Deposits are non-refundable. 

Consultations:  At the time of deposit, we will try to set-up a quick consultation with the artist, but if the artist is not available we will set up a future consultation appointment. If you set up a future consultation appointment, you can email the artist ideas and/or reference photos you may have. *Each artist's email address can be found with their portfolio pictures.  

Cancelation Policy: 24-Hour notice required. If you do not give 24-hr notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit.  

Walk-Ins: We always welcome walk-ins if we have time to fit you in.  If you call and ask if we have time and someone else walks-in before you, we apologize, but work on a first-come, first-serve walk-in basis. 

Out of Town Clients: If you are from out of town we will do our best to communicate via email. Deposits can be made over the phone with a card

In order to get a tattoo at Spilt Milk you MUST be 18 and have a valid ID.
